Vacation Accommodation - Summer 2026

Some campus accommodation is available for the summer vacation period for current/returning students. Information on prices and how to book is available now on our Vacation accommodation webpage.


Accommodation for September 2026/27

Room Availability Update

Please note that we no longer have the following room types available:

  • Standard Shared Halls rooms in Lindsay Hall
  • Ensuite rooms in Oaks, Holly Cross and Lindsay Court

We do have the following room types available:

  • Superior Ensuite rooms in Barnes Hall
  • Standard Shared Flat rooms
  • Standard Plus rooms

Please note: If you'd like a room with a private bathroom, you'll need to make sure that you've selected a Superior Ensuite room in Barnes Hall as your first or one of your highest preferences.


Clearing applicants

For students who join us through Clearing, we guarantee you a place in University owned, managed or approved accommodation for your first year of study. We have reserved a number of rooms on-campus for students who apply through Clearing, including rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Accepting your Clearing offer as soon as possible will allow you to make your application for this accommodation. If our on-campus accommodation becomes full, our Student Accommodation team will support students in finding approved accommodation in the local area.


New Students

  • Applications are now open!
  • The deadline to guarantee your room in our on-campus accommodation has been extended to Friday 24 July.

New Harper & Keele Veterinary School students

  • Applications are now open!
  • As your host site will be finalised in August, please make ensure you apply for accommodation at both host sites so you have all options covered
  • Your accommodation applications are not shared with Admissions and will not affect your host institution allocation

Current/Returning Students

  • Late applications are still being accepted but will be subject to availability
  • You can submit a late application whatever your year of study

Register your account on our Accommodation Portal and Log In for new students/applicants

Welcome! If this is your first time using the portal, you’ll need to register here. Even if you already have a Keele IT account, you’ll still need to register here first if you haven’t done so before.

New students/applicants should log in here to access the portal until your Keele IT account and email address is set up and you have access to it.




Current/returning Keele student log in - use your Keele email address to log in

Great! Once you've registered on the accommodation portal using the Register/Log in button and have access to your Keele IT account Username and Password, you'll be able to log in here.

*Most new students/applicants will be sent their Keele IT account and email address Username and Password in September.
